Fresh Sierra air, warm Tahoe breezes, and new maps and locations. What more could you ask for as an orienteer? The Tahoe 4-Day event has always been one of my favorites, and this year it didn’t disappoint. Big shoutout to Rex Winterbottom for the enormous amount of work he put into the long weekend! The South Lake Tahoe Flats were fast and fun, and a refreshing change of pace from the Bay Area norm.
A huge thank you to the many people that made this event happen — could not have done it without you all. Those volunteers included:
